Purchase Orders

AVB Press accepts purchase orders (POs) from educational institutions, established companies, resellers, and government entities within the U.S. and Canada.

Use the pricing scheme listed on AVBPress.com. To calculate applicable shipping, taxes (CA), and quantity discounts (e.g., 10 or more) click on the item(s) you are interested in and enter your state or zip code in the shipping calculator.

Please include the following information on your purchase order:
- Purchase order number
- Bill-to address
- Ship-to address
- Contact name and telephone number
- Title(s), quantity, item number(s), unit price(s)
- California sales tax, if applicable
- Email address (optional) for shipping confirmation and order tracking

Shipping

Purchase Orders are processed and shipped in 2 - 3 business days and are shipped Ground. Delivery takes approximately 4 - 6 business days within the Continental U.S., and 7 - 10 business days to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be added to your invoice.

Payment

An invoice for payment will be sent to your bill-to address once your product has been shipped. Net is due in 30 days. All payment is in USD.

Quotes

Pricing information can be generated using our website by clicking on the item(s) you are interested in purchasing, then proceeding to the shipping calculator and entering your zip code. Quantity discounts, shipping and taxes (California) will be calculated for you.
